Circuit Court Clerk Public Information Application

Please read this page in its entirety before moving to the next step.

Court Appearance Required

Some cases require a Court Appearance and may not be paid using this site. When you receive a response to your search, please check first to see if the message, "must appear", displays in red on the case. When this message is displayed, you are not eligible to use this site to pay fines and costs unless the court has set the amount of fines and costs by order.

Pleading Guilty/Applying for Court Supervision

In order to pre-pay an offense online, you must provide a plea of guilty. Optionally, a request for Court Supervision may also be made when providing your guilty plea. Court Supervision should only be requested when a number of criteria are met, explained here.

Payment Deadline

Your payment must be made at least four (4) business days prior to your court date. Any payment made using this site after this time period may result in a conviction or other court action against you. If the time period is less than four (4) business days before the court date, the case may not be available for payment using this site.

Ticket Number

The ticket number is the best method for finding your outstanding traffic citation. The Police agency and ticket number are located in the upper right hand corner of your ticket. If you do not find your ticket listed in the response, you may not be able to pay using this site. It may take 4 to 7 days, from the date the officer issued the ticket, for traffic citations to be available to this web site.

Confirmation of Payment

Upon the completion of the transaction, you will have an opportunity to print a confirmation page for your record. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your transaction at the e-mail address you provide during the payment process.
